Dr. Natalie Knight, Clinical Psychologist
BSc Hons, MSc, DClinPsy.
Clinical Psychologist

Prior to leaving the NHS in 2023 Natalie worked providing psychological assessment and therapy to children, young people and their families in a paediatric team supporting young people with physical health conditions.  Natalie is particularly interested in creative approaches and really enjoys sessions which involve either sitting on the floor with art supplies or being outside in nature. Natalie understands that for lots of us, sitting and talking can feel really difficult without something else happening to focus on. Natalie is registered with the Health Care Professionals Council and also holds an enhanced DBS check.  Natalie mainly offers appointments on a Monday.  Currently, Natalie is unable to offer insurance-funded sessions.

Main therapeutic models:

Natalie would describe herself as an 'integrative' psychologist. This means Natalie will combine several different ways of working in a way that best fits for a particular person. Natalie has most experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focussed Therapy.

Areas of interest: Natalie is most interested in people and their unique stories and struggles rather than a particular diagnosis. However, she is particularly drawn to working with people who struggle with anxiety.
